Systems that still work on a Monday morning.
Qivynex builds and looks after the technology a business actually runs on — the network in the ceiling, the server in the rack, the app your team opens every day, and now the AI agents doing the repetitive parts.
Five things we do, and we do all of them properly.
Most companies end up juggling a web agency, an IT contractor and a software vendor who each blame the other. Qivynex covers the whole stack, so there is one number to call and one team accountable for the result.
Web design & development Corporate sites, customer portals and internal tools — designed and coded in-house, not assembled from a template.
We start with the job the site has to do — bring in enquiries, let staff book a room, let a client see their invoices — and design backwards from there. Every page is built to be fast on a phone on a weak connection, indexed properly by search engines, and easy for your own team to update.
Sites are handed over with the source code, a short walkthrough video and documentation. You own everything.
Typical work
- Company websites and landing pages
- Customer and supplier portals
- Booking, ticketing and approval systems
- Dashboards and internal reporting tools
- E-commerce and payment integration
- Arabic / English bilingual builds with RTL
Mobile applications Android and iOS apps for field teams, customers and operations — with the back end to match.
A phone in someone's hand is often the only computer they use all day. We build apps for the people doing the actual work — technicians logging a job on site, drivers confirming a delivery, staff checking in with a photo and a location stamp.
That means offline-first where the signal is bad, a login people can remember, and screens a new employee can learn in a morning. We handle store submission and the updates afterwards.
Typical work
- Field service and work-order apps
- Attendance and site check-in
- Customer-facing apps and loyalty
- Inventory and asset scanning
- Push notifications and live tracking
- App Store and Google Play publishing
AI agents & applications Assistants that read your documents, answer your customers and move work between your systems.
We are not interested in bolting a chatbot onto a website and calling it AI. The useful version is narrow and specific: an agent that reads a supplier invoice and files it correctly, drafts the reply to a routine enquiry, or pulls a summary out of six months of tickets.
We connect models to your real data — your files, your database, your email — with clear limits on what the agent can see and do, and a human in the loop wherever a mistake would cost money.
Typical work
- Document extraction: invoices, contracts, forms
- Internal knowledge assistants over your files
- Customer support agents with escalation to staff
- Report writing and data summarisation
- Workflow automation between existing systems
- Private deployment where data cannot leave
IT services & support Networking, Microsoft 365, endpoints and the day-to-day support that keeps an office running.
This is the unglamorous half of the business and the half that gets noticed the fastest. Firewalls configured with real policies instead of any-to-any rules. Wi-Fi that holds up in a warehouse. Mailboxes, licences and permissions that match who actually works here this month.
We work either as your full IT department or alongside an existing team, with an agreed response time and a monthly report showing what happened.
Typical work
- Firewall configuration, review and hardening
- Structured cabling, switching and Wi-Fi coverage
- Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration
- Email security, spam filtering and DNS records
- Backup, recovery and endpoint protection
- Biometric attendance and IP telephony
- Helpdesk and on-site support contracts
IT infrastructure Servers, virtualisation, storage and cloud — designed for the size you are, with room for the size you are heading towards.
Whether the answer is a rack in your own building, a cloud tenancy, or a mix of both depends on your data, your budget and what happens when the internet drops. We survey first, propose second, and tell you plainly when the cheaper option is the right one.
Every deployment is handed over with a network diagram, an IP plan and credentials in your possession — not in a consultant's notebook.
Typical work
- Server rooms, racks, power and cooling planning
- Virtualisation and hypervisor deployment
- Storage, NAS and file server design
- Cloud and hybrid migration
- Disaster recovery and business continuity
- New office and site IT fit-out
- CCTV, access control and low-current systems
How a project actually goes.
No discovery phase that bills for three months and produces a slide deck. We move to something you can click as early as possible, then refine it with you.
Understand
A site visit or a call where we watch how the work is done today, including the spreadsheet everyone secretly relies on.
Scope
A written proposal with fixed deliverables, a timeline and a price. If something is uncertain, we say so rather than padding the number.
Build
Short cycles with something working at the end of each one. You see progress weekly, not at the end.
Deploy
Live rollout with your data migrated, your staff trained and a rollback plan if the day goes badly.
Support
An agreed response time, scheduled maintenance and a named person who already knows your setup.
Work we have built and still run.
These are running systems with real users behind them, not case-study mock-ups. Several are available to licence, self-host or adapt for your own organisation.
Portfolio coming shortly. In the meantime, ask us for examples relevant to your industry.
Who we build for.
We work best with organisations that have outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf software but do not want the cost and lock-in of a large ERP.
- Facility management
- Contracting & construction
- Real estate & property
- Logistics & fleet
- Retail & distribution
- Healthcare & clinics
- Education & training
- Professional services
What we build with.
We pick boring, well-supported technology on purpose. Your system should still be maintainable in five years by someone who is not us.
